What is the difference between cold brew and iced coffee?
Cold brew is brewed with cool water over many hours, so it tends to taste smoother, heavier, and less aromatic. Iced coffee is brewed hot and chilled, so it keeps more hot-coffee brightness but can taste sharper if it is diluted poorly.
What to Check First
Use cold brew for make-ahead concentrate.
Use iced coffee when you want fresh aromatics.
