Ingredients
- 18-20g ground coffee dose
- 36-40g espresso output
- 120-150g premium tonic water
- 100g ice
- Lime wheel (optional)
Method
- Fill a tall glass with ice and pour tonic water over it.
- Pull a balanced double shot of espresso.
- Pour espresso slowly over the back of a spoon to layer on top.
- Garnish with lime and stir gently before drinking.
